Zoom sessions can be completed in a place which is comfortable and safe for yourself.

Telephone sessions allow easy accessibility to counselling, again, in a place which is safe for you.

If you are looking at this page, it is likely that you are searching for someone to help you make sense of a difficult time, to better understand yourself, to work through some of life’s many challenges, or simply, to try and create some time for yourself, to talk.

My biggest goal is to create a space for clients to not just be heard but be truly listened to. I truly believe that anybody can benefit from counselling and psychotherapy. Creating a safe, non-judgemental and calm space to explore and better understand yourself and your situations is my aim, and I hope after taking the time to read through my website, you may like to start therapeutic sessions with myself to begin talking…

I have experience supporting individuals aged 16+ with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief, bereavement, loss, self-image, confidence, self-esteem, family relationships, friendships and relationships, bullying, eating behaviours, school and University difficulties, perfectionism, past difficulties, trying to get a better understanding of self, and more.

Many individuals believe they 'shouldn't' go to therapy if they haven't experienced something 'traumatic'. This is not the case. Therapy is tailored to individuals goals and life experiences, and I truly believe that anybody can benefit from counselling and psychotherapy.
